Its very hot here in W.A. we are trying to swap half of melbournes rain with half our heat .. would be good if that would happen .... christmas shopping today , note to oneself dont take 3 year old granchild she cost me a fortune. She tells me what I need to buy.. i definatly needed caramellos cauae she likes them .. I told her the other kids like choc frogs she said just get both then .. then she needed a nerf gun to shoot her uncle Damien, lucky its her birthday in a few days ..

this is one of my grandchildren, Courtney. I have 4 girls all of them not interested in crafts of any kind, but i have courtney to teach she loves craft days learning to folkark knit and she has a little sewing machine to learn on

yeee haaa wooo hooo all my pif are finished just a few minor things to be done I hope you all like them.. its a bit daunting trying to work out things to , but its all done Iam going away for a weeks holiday, of down to Augusta, do a bit of 4x4 driving and relaxation and winerys ect ... so will send them of next week. look in the post then

another project yet unfinished grrr have a bad habit of starting lots then not finishing end up with a lot of WIP will have to have a week doing WIP's, I have lots

here is a cushion I started a few days ago, the embroidery is done on a embroidery machine, then stitched together, just have to finish it

made for me by tracy I gave her a peice of german mohair to make herself a teddy and she made this one his name is George

This lovely cross stitch was made for me by a lovely friend margaet. Just have to get it framed lol can't wait, so I can hang it

Christmas present

This is a quilt I made my daughter for chrissy. We bought these panels from Spotlight (none left) and all the fabric for the borders from there too. I quilted this along the feathers of the wings and around the clouds then I ditch stitched around the borders.

Hi everyone just trying to get my head around blogging will have to get 10 yr old granchild to help, haven't put anymore pics ect up had the misfortune of breaking my foot for the second time in 4 mnths so out of commission for another 6-7weeks. and all this after major heart surgery grrr never mind things will get better.

I have a lovely shed in the back yard, named "The girls shed" by my partner, he took his mum out there to show her what a girls shed looked like, hence the name.
I have a group of ladies that patchwork tues night and another group of ladies that paint (folk art) on wednesdays and thursdays.
anyway looking forward to learning more and more
